An individual Body-Mind Centering® session takes one hour, and is initiated and guided by the client’s requests.  It usually includes learning of experiential anatomy.  Some sessions are more about movement, others more about touch or the use of the voice. These different emphases can be interwoven. Sessions end in conversation about what has been learned.

Body-Mind Centering® practitioners abide by a code of professional ethics (available at www.bmcassoc.org). Client and practitioner need to speak up when questions about comfort or boundaries arise. Punctuality and prompt payment are both important.  Clothes should be worn that are easy to move in.  Sessions may be cancelled without payment on 24 hours' notice.

A single sessions costs $65. Gift certificates, bulk discounts, and scholarships are available on request.
